Pharr & Company was established in 1976 by brothers Johnny and Jimmy Pharr, who brought generations of hands-on construction experience to life through their shared vision. From the beginning, Pharr & Company has been rooted in a commitment to quality, integrity, and building lasting relationships. Over the decades, we have become a trusted name in commercial construction, known for delivering high-quality projects across Texas and New Mexico.

In 2025, leadership transitioned to Jason Pharr, marking a new chapter in the company’s legacy. Jason brings a forward-thinking approach to the business, blending the values instilled by his father Jimmy and uncle Johnny with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and modern construction practices.
