Pharr & Company was founded in 1976 by brothers Johnny and Jimmy Pharr, whose family roots in hands-on construction shaped the company’s values from the start. Their focus on quality work, integrity, and strong relationships helped establish our reputation across Texas and New Mexico.

In 2025, leadership passed to Jason Pharr. Jason continues the company’s core values while pushing for innovation, sustainability, and modern construction methods.
