About Us

History

Pharr & Company was founded in 1976 as a General Contracting firm by two brothers — Johnny & Jimmy Pharr, who continue to own and operate the company to this day. Their goal was make their mark on the South Plains and build on the foundation of experience they had gained growing up in the construction industry while working for their grandfather.  Since that time Pharr & Company has broadened its footprint across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico and increased our service offerings to include construction management at risk, general contracting, consulting, and design-build services.
