The two brothers got their start in general construction by working for their grandfather for many years gaining invaluable on-the-job experience, as well as a complete understanding of the demands and responsibilities that come with the industry. John K. Pharr
Johnny has extensive experience in the management of construction projects ranging from complete new facilities to renovation and repair/maintenance of existing buildings. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.
Jimmy R. Pharr
Jimmy has 37+ years of managing construction projects ranging from complete new facilities to renovation and repair/maintenance of existing buildings.
Jason has extensive experience managing multiple projects. He is very proficient in current construction management technology and manages and maintains the information technology capability of Pharr & Company. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
Gary’s extensive experience as Project Manager/Estimator includes commercial buildings, public schools, churches, hospitals and higher education facilities.
Don was hired by Pharr & Company in December 2011. He holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Bundock has extensive experience in project management, construction business development, owner’s representation, and construction litigation consultation.
Pharr & Company has completed many successful projects utilizing various project delivery methods. These have ranged from traditional “hard bid” projects, construction management at risk, fast track, and “cost plus – proceed at once” projects. The success of each project is always based on on a foundation of mutual trust between Owners, Architects and Pharr & Company.
